Aisha Jamila hinds is a popular American actor. She is known for the roles she performed in TV series The Shield, and True Blood. She has demonstrated her versatility throughout 2003, delivering impressive performance on television shows such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 1-8-7 as well as Under the Dome. In 2005 she came under the spotlight in the first place for her portrayal of Anna as Anna in Assault on Precinct 13 It was however her performance in the role of women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally earned her recognition as an actor.
