Tramar Lacel, more popularly known by
his stage name Flo Rida (American rapper, singer and songwriter) is a Carol
City, Florida-based artist composer, musician, and songwriter. The single from
2008 "Low" reached the top spot for a total of 10 weeks straight in
the United States. It also broke the record for the sales of digital downloads
in the year at hand. Flo Rida's debut album called 2008's Mail on Sunday
reached number four in America. R.O.O.T.S. followed the album in the US. His
next albums, 2010,'s Only One Flo (Part 1) and 2012's Wild Ones, also charted
on the US Billboard 200 chart. Flo Rida is one of the most popular music
artists selling more than 80 million records across the globe. His catalogue
includes smash songs "Right Round", "Club Can't Handle Me",
"Good Feeling", "Wild Ones", "Whistle", "I
Cry", "G.D.F.R. ", "My House" Mail on Sunday was Flo
Rida's debut album. It came out in March 2008. The first single, "Low",
was featuring T-Pain. The song was featured in the soundtrack of Step Up 2: The
Streets. "Low", which reached the position of No. 1 on the Billboard
Hot 100 chart. "Elevator" features Timbaland as well as "In the
Ayer" featuring will.i.am, followed by "Roll" with Sean
Kingston. Both charted on the Hot 100 as well. Mail featured many guests on
Sunday including T-Pain. Timbaland, who produced the second single
"Elevator" and is included on the track. Rick Ross, Trey Songz as
well as Trey were also included. Lil Wayne performed the song "American
Superstar" while Sean Kingston sang "Roll" which was written by
Spitfiya, who is a Compton rapper. Other guests included Birdman, Brisco, and
Yung Joc. The fourth single was slated to be "Money Right" with Rick
Ross and Brisco, however it was cancelled due to the release of R.O.O.T.S., Flo
Rida’s second studio album. T-Pain's second collaboration "I Bet" and
his collaboration with Trina ("Bout It"), did not make it onto the
final track list. But both tracks were recorded.
